Using my background in teaching, mentoring, and psychology, I empower clients to build confidence, resilience, and a positive relationship with their bodies and minds. A comprehensive program designed to teach the importance of well-being and how it directly impacts emotional management and mental health. Participants will learn practical tools and techniques for cultivating positive well-being daily, empowering them to lead a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. These workshops can be tailored to suit ages 10 - adult.
Virtual fitness coaching
Receive workouts that are tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and objectives, ensuring effective and enjoyable workouts. These workouts are designed to be completed at home or in a gym - whatever suits your training preference. A weekly check-in with SMART targets helps track your progress and keep you motivated. You do not need any previous fitness experience.
Mentoring or tutoring
Build your confidence or foster curiosity through mentoring and tutoring programs. Sessions are tailored to suit either personal or academic development. This may include: goal setting, support through major transitions, motivation, revision strategies or tutoring in geography or english.
