A comprehensive program designed to teach the importance of well-being and how it directly impacts emotional management and mental health. Participants will learn practical tools and techniques for cultivating positive well-being daily, empowering them to lead a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. These sessions can be adapted to suit age-appropriate groups. These include: Upper primary Secondary A-level/IB Adult classes Retirement homes Community centres 6- session program 1. What is wellbeing and why is it important? 2. Unhelpful thinking habits and how to break them (including gratitude journal) 3. Wellbeing and fitness (including take-away workout that can be done at home) 4. Wellbeing and charity (including a day out to support a local charity) 5. Wellbeing and nature (including a species identifier and chart) 6. Wrap-up and takeaways 12- session program 1. What is wellbeing and why is it important? 2.
